The rechargeable battery may cost a bit high but considering its purpose, it would be along term investment. How many watts are in a C, AA, and AAA battery?
(Not combined, separately) I dont know how many watts are in a C battery a AAA battery and a AA battery. Does nyone know the answer? thx!

Actually your question should be "How much energy is in a battery", and that is usually in mA-hours. Note the mA-hour rating is not actually energy, but a measure of energy. Multiply the ma-hour rating by the voltage (usually 1.5v) to get the energy rating in mW-hours (Watt-hour*1000).
One watt-second is a joule. One watt-hour is 3600 joules.
A watt is a measure of the instantaneous power delivered. It must be delivered over a period of time to deliver any energy, thus the Watt-hour rating.
Just as an example a 600mA-hour 9v battery has 5.4W-hr energy in it (theoretically). It could deliver 5.4 watts for 1 hour, or 10.8 watts for 30 minutes, or 2.7 watts for 2 hours.
I say theoretically because batteries are more complicated. The ma-hr rating depends upon how fast the battery is discharged. The numbers can change by a factor of 3.
So, you can lookup how many joules are in a battery, or how many ma-hours. But both numbers change a lot depending on rate.
