how can i get started in astronomy photography?

first off i have a 4.5 inch relfector with a equatorial mount. and my other telescope is a 12 inch dob... what i need to know is what is the best camera to buy, and any other accessories that would come into good use.

The easiest way to start is with one of the webcam imagers and stacking software such as Registax because these are less dependent on exact tracking. There are plenty of pages on the web about jury rigging regular webcams but for the amount they cost I would simply get a ready made astro webcam such as Meade's LPI or the Celestron NexImage. You are limited to relatively bright objects - the Moon, planets and the brightest DSOs - but it does represent a very low cost and fairly straightforward introduction to astrophotography.
