Delaware state laws about gas pocket bikes?
I am very clueless here and I am just wondering if any ( NO MATTER HOW FAST IT GOES ) gas pocket bike/pocket rockets are legal in a neighborhood. Also how old do you have to be to ride any gas pocket bike, JUST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, NOT ON THE STREET???
I've seen this question asked in the past and my response has always been check with your local police because there could be local laws or ordinances that allow or prohibit this type of vehicle.
As for where you operate the vehicle...even "neighborhood" areas and public streets which means you'd have to drive solely on your property!
Best bet...check the local law enforcement folks who can help you!
